Section 78
Action in relation to annual accounts
of Development Financial Institutions Act 2002
A prescribed institution shall, within fourteen days ***of the laying of its accounts at its annual general meeting, or within such further period as the Bank may approve—

(a)
publish in not less than two daily newspapers published in
Malaysia and approved by the Bank, one in the national language and another in English language; and
(b)
exhibit in a conspicuous position at each of its branches in
Malaysia, a copy each of the reports of the board of directors, its revenue account, profit and loss account and balance sheet *as laid before its general meeting and such other document as the Bank may specify.
