Section 83 of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
by substituting for the words “books or other documents, accounts and transactions” the words “business and affairs”;
(b)
by inserting after the words “its offices” the words “and subsidiaries”;
(c)
by inserting after the words “such prescribed institution”
the words “or its subsidiary”;

by deleting the word “its” after the words “carrying on”;
(e)
by deleting the word “its” after the words “interests of”;
and
(f)
by deleting the word “its” after the word “cover”.
