Section 86 of the principal Act is amended—

Section 74
(a)
by substituting for the shoulder note the following shoulder note:
“Appearance before Bank”;
(b)
in subsection (1)—
(i)
by substituting for the word “examiner” the word
“Bank”;
(ii)
by substituting for the words “his office” the words “such place and”; and
(iii)
by substituting for the word “he” the words “the
Bank”; and
(c)
by substituting for subsection (2) the following subsection:
“(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1)
commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding eight years or to a fine not exceeding twenty-five million ringgit or to both.”.
