(1)
Save in such cases as it shall have been provided in this Ordinance that the decision of the Committee shall be final or shall be subject to appeal to the High Court, any person aggrieved by any decision of the Committee may appeal to the Magistrate whose decision shall be final.
(2)
Any appeal whether to the High Court or to the Magistrate shall be lodged within a period of fourteen days from the day when such decision was brought to the notice of the appellant.
