Section 22
(1)
The provisions of this Act shall apply to an Institution specified in the second column of the First Schedule to the extent specified against it in the third column of that Schedule, or as may be specified in an order made under section 23.
(2)
The Minister may, from time to time, by order published in the Gazette, in his absolute discretion, add to, delete from or in any manner amend the First, Second or Third Schedule.
