Section 19

Submission of a document

(1)

Where any law requires the filing or submission of any document, the requirement of the law is fulfilled if the document is filed or submitted in the form of an electronic message, if the electronic message is accessible and intelligible so as to be usable for subsequent reference.

(2)

For the purposes of subsection (1), where any prescribed form is specified by an electronic means, the filing or submission of such document shall be in accordance with such specified form.
