Section 112
(1)
Where a person sustains permanent disablement as a result of two or more successive accidents, he shall not for the same period be entitled to receive disablement benefit for permanent disablement in excess of the daily rate for permanent total disablement.
(2)
The Minister may make regulations to provide for adjusting the disablement benefit payable in respect of successive accidents or the conditions for the receipt of such benefit in any case where the disablement benefit has been commuted into a lump sum.
