59S. Establishment of Disciplinary Appeal Board
Feedback & support(1)
There shall be established a Disciplinary Appeal Board composed as follows:
(a)
the Chairman of the Board, as Chairman; and
(b)
members of the Board, excluding the members who sit in the Disciplinary Committee.
(2)
The decision of the Disciplinary Appeal Board shall be final.
