Section 89
(1)
In all matters pertaining to benefits under this Act, the
Organization may deal directly with the insured person or an official of a registered trade union authorized in writing by such insured person or a legal practitioner representing such insured person.
(2)
The Organization may refuse to entertain any representation made by any other person.
