Section 1
—
(1)
This Ordinance may be cited as the Entertainment
Ordinance, 2000, and shall come into force on such date as the
Minister may, by notification in the *Gazette, appoint.
(2)
This Ordinance shall not apply—
(a)
to any entertainment provided by; or
(b)
to any place of entertainment operated or managed by or under, any department of the federal or State Government or any local authority.
