Section 22
(1)
The Director or any environmental enforcement officer may conduct from time to time on-site inspection of the pig farm to determine whether there is any breach of the conditions or restrictions imposed in the permit, or any other provisions of these
Rules.
(2)
For the purpose of subrule (1), the owner of the pig farm shall provide the
Director or any environmental enforcement officer every reasonable assistance as he may require.
