Section 21
(1)
There shall be established a fund to be known as the “Environmental
Protection Fund” (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”) of the Department.

(2)
The Fund shall be administered by a committee to be known as the
“Environment Protection Fund Committee” consisting of –
(a)
the Permanent Secretary as Chairman;
(b)
the State Treasurer or his authorised representative; and
(c)
the Director.
