Section 22
⎯(1) Any registered business entity may apply to the Registrar to open an account in the Carbon Register to which the number of
Carbon Credit Units lawfully belonging to that entity, may be entered.
(2)
Subject to the conditions of this Ordinance, Carbon Credit
Units entered in such account may be used for payment or settlement of the carbon levy imposed under section 24.
