Section 32
⎯(1) The Minister shall appoint any public officer to be the
Registrar for the Carbon Credits Register established under section 34.
(2)
The appointment may be for such period and on such terms as to remuneration and other privileges, as the Minister may determine, and the person may be eligible for re-appointment.
