Section 31
Payment into the State Consolidated Fund
⎯(1) All moneys collected from carbon levy and financial penalty shall be paid into the State Consolidated Fund.
(2)
The Dewan Undangan Negeri may appropriate any amount from the State Consolidated Fund to be paid into the Climate Change
Fund during any financial year to meet the objective of that Fund.
