Section 56
⎯(1) Majlis Mesyuarat Kerajaan Negeri may appoint an
Advisory Panel comprising of persons with relevant knowledge, expertise and experience to advise the Government on matters relating to Climate Change, Carbon Capture, Utilisation and Storage, Carbon
Credit Units, pricing and carbon levy.
(2)
The functions, duties and the procedures of the Advisory
Panel and incidental matters related to it may be determined by the rules made under section 57.
