Section 46
Section 53b of the principal Act is amended—
(a)
by renumbering the existing provision as subsection (1);
and
(b)
by inserting after subsection (1) as renumbered the following subsection:
“(2) A proper officer may use any tracing or tracking device, non-intrusive instruments, or any other form of aids including animals in the performance of his duty under this Act.”.
