Section 63a of the principal Act is amended—

(a)
in subsection (1), by substituting for the words “the name and address” the words “the name, address, identification card number and passport number”; and
(b)
in subsection (2)—
(i)
by substituting for the words “ten thousand”
the words “five hundred thousand”; and
(ii)
by substituting for the words “five years” the words
“seven years”.
