Section 18
(1)
The Authority may, from time to time, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations governing the conditions of service of its officers and servants.
(2)
Unless otherwise provided, a reference in this Act to an officer of the Authority shall include reference to the Director
General and an Executive Officer.
(3)
Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions, such regulations may provide for matters specified in the Second
Schedule.
