(2)
The Chairman shall perform such other or further duties as the Minister may from time to time determine.
(3)
If the Chairman is temporarily absent from Malaysia or temporarily incapacitated through illness or for any other sufficient reason from the performance of his duties, the Deputy Chairman shall perform his duties during such temporary absence or incapacity.
