Membership of the Authority

Section 5
(1)
The Authority shall consist of the following members who shall be appointed by the Minister:
(a)
a Chairman;
(b)
a Deputy Chairman;
(c)
the Director General; and
(d)
six other members, not more than four of whom shall be from the public service.
(2)
The First Schedule to this Act shall apply to the members of the Authority.
