(Ubah Suaian Akta Harta Pusaka Kecil (Pembahagian) 1955) 2011.

Kecil (Pembahagian) 1955 [Akta 98], yang disebut “Akta yang diubahsuaikan”

dalam Perintah ini, adalah diubahsuaikan mengikut cara yang dinyatakan dalam

Jadual Pertama.

[Sabah Cap. 1] (kemudian daripada ini disebut “Ordinan yang dimansuhkan”), dalam pemakaiannya bagi Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan, dimansuhkan.

(Modification of Interpretation (Definition of Native)

Ordinance) Order 1984 [P.U. (A) 171/1984);

Be (6) Gantikan takrif “Native Title” dengan takrif yang berikut:

“Native holding” means any land registered in the name of native as assigned thereto in the Labuan Native Title

Act 2007 [Act 667};

“Registrar of Titles” includes a Registrar or Deputy

Registrar appointed under section 12(1B) of the Federal

Territory of Labuan (Extension and Modification of

National Land Code) Order 2009 [P.U. (A) 454/2009];

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 1(2a) of the Small Estate

(Distribution) Act 1955 [Act 98], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement

1. (1) This order may be cited as the Federal Territory of Labuan (Modification of the Small Estate (Distribution) Act 1955) Order 2011.

Modification of the Act and the subsidiary legislation made thereunder to the Federal Territory of Labuan

2. (1) In its application to the Federal Territory of Labuan, the Small Estate

(Distribution) Act 1955 [Act 98], which is referred to as the “modified Act”

in this Order, is modified if the manner set out in the First Schedule.

Repeal, transitional and savings

3. (1) The Administration of Native and Small Estate Ordinance [Sabah Cap. 1]

(hereinafter referred to as the “repealed Ordinance”), in its application to the

Federal Territory of Labuan, is repealed.

Ordinance as if this Order has not been made.

First SCHEDULE
