Publication of public notice concerning the approved draft structure plan

Section 9
(1)
Immediately after the draft structure plan has been approved by the Minister, the Commissioner shall publish a public notice in the
Gazette and in such local newspapers as the Commissioner may determine of the approval of the draft structure plan with or without any amendments or modifications and of the place where copies of such plan may be inspected and where copies may be purchased on payment of the prescribed fees.
(2)
From the date of publication of the public notice in the Gazette under this section, such structure plan as published shall come into effect.
