Access to computerized data

Section 28
(1)
Any authorized officer conducting a search under this Enactment or any subsidiary legislation made under this Enactment, shall be given access to computerized data whether stored in a computer or otherwise.
(2)
For the purpose of this section, the authorized officer shall be provided with the necessary password, encryption code, decryption code, software or hardware or any other means required to enable the comprehension of the computerized data.
