Section 37
(1)
The Director may require any person undertaking any activity involving feed or feed additive to furnish to the Director, within the time specified in a notice, any information relating to the feed or feed additive.

(2)
Any person who fails to furnish the information as may be required by the Director under subsection (1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.
