Section 2
This Order may be cited as the Fees (Registration of Contractors for Supplies and Services) Order, 1987 and shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of January, 1988.

THE FEES (REGISTRATION OF CONTRACTORS FOR
SUPPLIES AND SERVICES) ORDER, 1987
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 2 of the Fees Enactment, 1981, The Yang di-Pertua Negeri has made the following order:-
Section 3
(1)
A Registration fee of $500.00 for two years shall be payable be registered contractors for the supplies and services in accordance with Instruction 184 (a) of the Treasury Instructions.
(2)
Such fee shall be payable in advance in January for every two years or the month in which the contractor is registered.
Section 4
The fee for every two years renewal of registration shall be $250.00
Section 5
A processing fee of $50.00 shall be imposed on registered contractors for supplies and services.
Section 6
A fee of $30.00 shall be payable by registered contractors for supplies and services for any additional types of approved business in which they are registered.
Section 7
The Fees (Registration of Contractors for Engineering, Building Works and Supplies) Order, 1985 published in
Gazette Notification No. S 24 of 1985 is hereby amended by deleting the comma after the word “Engineering” and the words “and supplies” and inserting the word “and” immediately after that word “Engineering” in the heading, in Paragraph 2, Paragraph 3 (1) and Paragraph 6.
