Section 3
(1)
A Registration fee of $500.00 for two years shall be payable be registered contractors for the supplies and services in accordance with Instruction 184 (a) of the Treasury Instructions.
(2)
Such fee shall be payable in advance in January for every two years or the month in which the contractor is registered.
