Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 59(1)(d) of the Parks Enactment 1984 [No. 6 of 1984], the Board may, with the approval of the Minister, make the following regulations: Citation and commencement

Fees
(1)
The fees prescribed in the following Schedule shall be payable by a visitor for entrance and other activities in Park:

Remission
The Board may, in his discretion in any particular case, remit either wholly or in part any fee prescribed under these Regulations.
Section 4
Repeal
The Fees (Pulau Sipadan) Regulations 2018 [G.N.S 21 of 2018] is repealed.
