Section 2
(1)
The fees prescribed in the following Schedule shall be payable by a visitor for entrance and other activities in Park:
(a)
Kinabalu Park, as prescribed in the First Schedule;
(b)
Crocker Range Park, as prescribed in the Second Schedule;
(c)
Tawau Hills Park, as prescribed in the Third Schedule;
(d)
Tunku Abdul Rahman Park, as prescribed in the Fourth Schedule;
(e)
Tun Sakaran Marine Park, as prescribed in the Fifth Schedule;
(f)
Pulau Tiga Park, as prescribed in the Sixth Schedule;
(g)
Sipadan Island Park, as prescribed in the Seventh Schedule; and
(h)
Turtle Island Park, as prescribed in the Eighth Schedule.
(2)
The fees prescribed under subregulation (1) shall be paid to the Board in full.
