Public servants

Section 49
Each of the following persons shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574]:
(a)
members of the Board and the Appeal Committee;
(b)
the Secretary and every Assistant Secretary;
(c)
Enforcement Officers; and
(d)
persons employed in the office of the Board and the office of the Appeal Committee.
