Section 4
(1)
There shall be a Board of Censors consisting of the following members who shall be appointed by the Minister:
(a)
a Chairman;
(b)
a Vice-Chairman; and
(c)
not less than two other persons.
(2)
The provisions set out in the Schedule shall apply to the
Board.
(3)
The Board shall be provided with a Secretary and such number of Assistant Secretaries and clerical and other assistants as may be necessary.
(4)
The Secretary, Assistant Secretaries and clerical and other assistants provided to the Board under subsection (3) shall also serve and assist the Appeal Committee.
