Section 25
(1)
Every licensed borrowing company shall furnish to the Central Bank at such time and in such manner as the Central Bank may prescribe, all such information and data as the Central Bank may require for the proper discharge of its functions under the provisions of this Act.

Any licensed borrowing company which fails to comply with any of the provisions of this section is guilty of an offence and shall on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars for every day the offence continues.
