Section 38

(1)

The Central Bank or any officer of the Central Bank shall not be subject to any action, claim or demand by or liability to any person in respect of any thing done or omitted to be done in good faith in pursuance or in execution of or intended execution of or in connection with the execution or intended execution of any power conferred on the Central Bank or the officer by this Act.

(2)

For the purposes of this section the Governor and the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank and any director or employee thereof and any person holding any office therein or appointed by the Central Bank under paragraph (ii) of section 33 shall be deemed to be an officer of the Central Bank.
