Clause (6) of Article 109 of the Federal Constitution shall be paid from

the Federal Consolidated Fund into the State Reserve Fund and shall be applied by the Minister in accordance with that Article and all moneys not so applied shall be paid into the Federal Consolidated Fund and shall be accounted in a separate account in the Consolidated Trust

Account.
