Section 14A

Where any law provides for the payment of any refund, rebate or drawback in respect of any money paid into the Consolidated Fund under the authority of any law, and accounted in the Consolidated

Revenue Account, the amount of the refund, rebate or drawback shall be charged on the Consolidated Fund.
