Section 2
The First Schedule to the Members of the Administration and the Legislative Assembly (Remuneration)
Enactment 1981 is amended -
(a)
by deleting the words “last drawn” wherever they appear in the interpretation of “salary” in paragraph 1;
(b)
by deleting the word “last” appearing in sub-paragraph (4) of paragraph 2;
(c)
by deleting the words “last drawn” appearing in sub-paragraph (4) of paragraph 5; and
(d)
by inserting after the word “pension” where last appearing in sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 16 the words
“and gratuity”.
