Section 1
(1)
This Act may be cited as the Fisheries Act, 1963.
(2)
The provisions of this Act so far as they relate to riverine fishing shall not come into operation in any State in West Malaysia until they have been adopted by a law $ ^{} $ made by the Legislature of that State.
