Section 18

Notwithstanding the provisions of any written law to the contrary, any offence under this Act committed outside the territorial waters of Malaysia by citizens of or by persons ordinarily resident in Malaysia shall be triable in any court in Malaysia as if the offence had been committed in Malaysia.
