Power to make regulations
(2)
In particular and without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), such regulations may prescribe for any or all of the following:
(a)
the duties of the Registrar;
(b)
the form and contents of the Register and the mode in which it shall be kept;
(c)
the fees to be paid under this Act;

(d)
the form and manner in which applications for registration and renewal for annual practising certificates shall be made;
(e)
the procedure to be followed in relation to inquiries held under this Act;
(f)
the form of any certificate or other document required under this Act;
(g)
the offences that may be compounded; and
(h)
any other matter which is required by this Act to be prescribed or which is necessary or expedient to be prescribed for carrying this Act into effect.
