The Chief Conservator or any officer authorised to issue entry permits may suspend the right of entry of any of the persons referred to in paragraphs (a) and (c) of subsection (1) of section 12C –
(a)
if he has reasonable cause to suspect that there has been a breach of -
(i)
any of the provisions of this Enactment; or
(ii)
any of the terms and conditions of a licence, licence agreement, permit or entry permit; or
(b)
if there has been an occurrence of an event or condition or fire or other hazard that may endanger the forest.
