Section 22

No Forest Reserve shall cease to be a Forest Reserve or any portion thereof shall be excised from such Reserve except by Enactment or except where it is required for conversion to a Park, a

Game Sanctuary or a Bird Sanctuary under the law for the time being in force relating thereto.
