Section 17
(1)
The Chief Conservator may require, before any timber or forest produce is exported, that it shall be inspected and graded in accordance with the written instructions of the Director and may charge the fees set out in Part B Schedule II.
(2)
The Chief Conservator may prohibit the removal of any timber from a checking station, if in his opinion it has such defects that it is unfit for export.

(2)
The fees payable to the Government for an approval granted under subrule
(1)
shall be as set out in Part F of Schedule II.
