Goods permitted into a free industrial zone

Section 11
(1)
Subject to this Act, goods of any description which would be used directly for the manufacture of other goods or goods manufactured in any part of the principal customs area which are meant for export may be brought into a free industrial zone.
(2)
The Minister may, in any particular case, allow goods, other than those referred to in subsection (1), to be brought into a free industrial zone for any activity as he may approve and subject to such conditions as he may deem fit to impose.
