Notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary in the Petroleum

of Gas Supply Act 1993

Section 41

Development Act 1974 [Act 144], Petroleum (Safety Measures) Act 1984 [Act 302] or Factories and Machinery Act 1967 relating to the supply of gas through pipelines, the provisions of this Act shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
