Approval to operate
of Gas Supply Regulations 2023
Upon completion of a new gas installation, additional gas installation or extension of gas installation work, the applicant shall apply for an approval

to operate it from the Commission by submitting a written application together with a Certificate of Completion issued under regulation 14 and a Test Certificate issued under regulation 15.
(2)
The Commission may approve the application if it is satisfied that the applicant has fulfilled the requirements of these Regulations and subsequently issue an approval to operate, containing such terms and conditions as it deems fit.
(3)
The fee payable for processing the application for and the issuance of the approval to operate is as prescribed in Part I of the Third Schedule.
