Duty of distribution, retail and private gas licensee to keep and maintain record
of Gas Supply Regulations 2023
A distribution, retail and private gas licensee shall keep and maintain a proper record of all installations for the inspection and approval of the Commission.
(2)
The record shall contain the following details:
(a)
details of the location of the installation;
(b)
name and address of the owner of the premises;
(c)
name and address of the occupier of the premises;
(d)
a copy of the Certificate of Completion;
(e)
a copy of the Test Certificate;
(f)
any other information as the Commission deems necessary.
(3)
In addition to the records kept and maintained under subregulations (1) and
(2)
, a distribution, retail or private gas licensee shall keep and maintain the following records and produce them within the specified time when required to do so by the Commission —
(a)
the quantity of gas sold per month;
(b)
the number of breakdown of installations and accidents involving distribution pipelines or piping system, as the case may be;
(c)
a list of all consumers; and
(d)
any other information as the Commission deems necessary.
