Opposition to application for registration

Section 14
(a)
does not fall within the meaning of the definition of
“geographical indication” under this Act;
(b)
is contrary to public order or morality;
(c)
is not or has ceased to be protected in its country of origin; or
(d)
has fallen into disuse in its country of origin.
(2)
The notice shall be given in writing in the prescribed manner and shall include a statement of the grounds of opposition.
