Section 46
(1)
No action or prosecution shall be brought, instituted or maintained in any court against the Board, a member of the Board, the Registrar, an Inspector or any other person authorized to act for or on behalf of the Board for or on account of or in respect of any act ordered or done for the purpose of carrying this Act into effect.
(2)
This section shall not apply to the powers conferred on the Board under subsection 4(3) or to any power to enter into contracts exercised by the Board.
