Section 133
(1)
There shall be appointed a Secretary and an Assistant
Secretary to the Tribunal and such number of officers as may be necessary for carrying out the functions of the Tribunal.
(2)
The Chairman shall have general control of the Secretary,
Assistant Secretary and officers of the Tribunal.
(3)
For the purposes of this Act, the Secretary and Assistant
Secretary to the Tribunal shall be deemed to be officers of the
Tribunal.
