Section 132
(a)
his death;
(b)
his resignation from office by giving notice in writing; or
(c)
expiry of his term of appointment.
(2)
The Minister shall appoint any person in accordance with section 128 to replace the Chairman, any Deputy Chairman or any other member during the vacancy in the office of the Chairman, the Deputy Chairman or the other member.
(3)
The exercise of the powers or the performance of the functions of the Tribunal is not affected only because of there being a vacancy in the membership of the Tribunal.
